Error in marking scheme?

I have attempted the exam numerous times (more than 10) however, the results seems to be getting lower and lower even though they are repeated questions which I believe should be correct. (Since I did get a 76 mark on a few tests.)

And I wish to clarify if the retake of examinations have to be within 14 days from the date I started the course?

Dear Jennifer, we have checked. There is no error in the marking scheme.
